
Types of Vietnam Visa on arrival for foreigners
1592Circular of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Security instructs to executive the Decree of Vietnam Government about detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on entry, exit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam. Accordingly, visa on arrival Vietnam will insist of notation as follows.
Section V - Circular on Vietnam Visa provision has the following notation:
Visa A1: A1 Visa Vietnam is official issued to members of delegations invited by Party Central Committee, National Assembly, State President, Government and guests equivalently to the ranks of ministers, vice ministers, presidents, vice chairman of the People's Committees of provinces, cities directly under the Central Government, kins and accompanying persons.
Visa A2: A2 Vietnam Visa is issued to members of foreign representative missions, their relatives and their accompanying persons.
Visa A3: A3 Vietnam Visa is issued to persons who work with foreign representative missions or visiting members of foreign representative missions.
Visa B1: B1 Vietnam visa is issued to persons who work with Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Supreme People's Court, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, provincial People's Committee, cities directly under the Central Government and central agencies of the people's organizations, unions and public.
Visa B2: B2 Visa Vietnam is issued to persons who implement the investment project authorized by Vietnam State agencies.
Visa B3: B3 Vietnam Visa is issued to persons who work with Vietnam enterprises.
Visa B4: B4 Vietnam Visa is issued to persons who work in foreign representative offices, foreign branches of economic organization, culture and other specialized organizations; Non-governmental organizations headquartered in Vietnam.
Visa C1: C1 Visa Vietnam is issued for persons who travel Vietnam.
Visa C2: C2 Vietnam visa is issued to persons who enter Vietnam for other purposes.
Visa D: D Vietnam Visa is issued to persons without organizations and individuals inviting.
Visa D is valid within 15 days, other visas valid for 30 days or more.
Besides, there are also kinds of visa exemption for foreigners to Vietnam for a period not exceeding 15 or 30 days depending on the country.
Thanks to open policy on business and tourism, getting a visa to Vietnam now is simpler and much easier than ever before. Those who keep Vietnam visa will have a Vietnam entry and exit card at the Vietnamese airports, namely Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, or one in twelve of the border gates of Vietnam, including 3 with Cambodia, 3 with China and 6 with Laos.
